Jeremy Veal
Jeremy was a student-athlete and earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University (ASU). He was a very accomplished basketball player, earning multiple all-conference accolades in addition to being inducted into the ASU Hall of Fame. He played professional basketball for international teams in Europe, South America, and Australia. Jeremy is currently an active member in his community and enjoys public service as an accomplished member of the Dallas Police Department for the past 12 years.
Jeremy started investing in real estate in 2010 specializing in the Dallas areas. He strategically expanded his single-family residential real estate portfolio in growth areas with a 30% average return. Motivated by the opportunity with multifamily investments, Jeremy has sought additional expansion and financial freedom and invested in multiple 100+ unit apartment buildings in the Alabama and Georgia markets. Recognizing the earnings potential, he has shifted his focus to multifamily opportunities.
James St.Clair
James received his undergraduate degree from DeVry University and graduate degree from Baker College. He enjoyed a career as an IT professional and small business owner, helping companies streamline business processes. These experiences provided the structure for James to grow his real estate portfolio.
Motivated by the opportunity with multifamily investments, he sought to expand his real estate interest by expanding into investments that earn consistent returns. James enjoys mixed martial arts and raising his 2 kids with his wife. James is a licensed insurance broker and loan officer, and very passionate about collaborating with others to help them achieve their goals and developing long-lasting relationships.
Kendrick Bates
Kendrick Bates graduated from Arizona State University as a student-athlete in 2000. He played both basketball and football, receiving all-conference accolades and was later drafted to play professionally. Post athletic profession he enjoys a career in finance with 15+ years managing finances for billion-dollar firms. Kendrick is an active leader in his community, serving on many advisory boards including Be A Leader Foundation, St. Vincent de Paul, and Impact Maker.
Kendrick started investing in real estate in 2005, with value acquisitions, rehabbing, renting, and selling properties in the Arizona and Tennessee markets. Over the past 15 years, he has purchased several properties and actively manages rental properties in both markets. Managing to successfully navigate through the market fluctuations primarily with single family residences he has shifted his focus to multifamily opportunities with resourceful investors. Focused solely on investments providing scalable and consistent returns to investors.
